Is there a script on a util that will change Video properties on 100 workstations at once. This will help me not have to touch each machine to standardize the video settings for a certian package!

There are third party packages out there that will probably let you do this. Are you running NT 4.0 Back Office. If so try using SMS to make your changes. We roll out multiple machines using it and this includes video settings as well as software. It can be an expensive product but once you learn your way around it , it is quite useful.
