Why will u require to change the File Version Info??

In case u need to do it.... u could

Find the pbapl80.dll in the Sybase/Shared/PowerBuilder folder
and change the version info.

This should sort out the problem....

But i guess this has some conflicts with working of PB itself.

I require u to check ur settings prior to any changes

Hi,
You can do so very easily in PB version 8.0 and above. You can specify the version of the exe directly in the "project" object properties tab.
You can extract this information using Win32 API and also see it by right clicking the exe icon. Contact me if you need more info.

The information which in entered in the project properties tab is the Product Version information and not the File Version information.

Here the File Version is the version of the PowerBuilder Version. And the product version is the information stored with the project object information.

So anitha wants to change the File Version i.e, the Powerbuilder Version specified in the EXE properties tab.

Is there any other way u could get it done?
