how to change username and password?

hi there. i have developed a few reports using my employee id and password. how would i go about changing these to put them into production? we are using CR 6.0 :-( and have set up a generic ID and password for the users. i would like to change my info on the report to the generic id/pwd.

What database are you running the reports against ?
How are you accessing the reports ? Are you opening them straight through the Crystal Reports interface or through some custom built software ?

the DB is oracle 8.. the users are running and viewing reports from CR's desktop. CR is saving my login in when i start the desktop and develop quries / report.
the users all use the same generic id/pwd. like 'report/report'
