How to change user password in Sharepoint Team service

Hi,

I would like to know how to change users' password in Sharepoint Team Service? Is there a web part for this? Now we have to have to the go to server's Active Directory Users & Computers to change. This is no good as I want to give the users the option to change their own password.

Have you set up specific accounts in the A.D for your users using sharepoint or do they use their regular login accounts (as they use when they login on their PC?)
