How to change the Time Zone configuration on Solaris 2.6?

Hello,
Since Sun does not have a free fix for the change in DST for 2007 for Solaris 2.6 and 7, I need a work around. I know I can change the time zone configuration manually, but not sure how. Can anyone help?
