How to change the number format in CE?

Hi,

Problem in detail:

I used couple of fields called To_date, To_Year in a report, using the following fromuma.
Totext(To_date)+"/"+Totext(To_Year)

Now I got the output in Crystal reprt 8.5 as "07/2001".
But I published the same report in CE 8.5 and get the output as "07/2,001".
Please guide me how to eliminate the (,)in the year.

Need more info. please let me know.
