How to CHANGE the music on Hold..???

I didn't think CP had music on hold on the server???
Most likely you have some source of the music, a cd player, or MP3, or a MUZAK connection, thats where you would change the MOH.
What system is this connected to?

No music on hold on the call pilot. Try checking the programming for the phone system itself. What type system is it?
