how to change the MOH on IAS

Hallo,
i want to chage the hold on music on my ispbx is3000, so i made a sopho v24 cable for ias . But when i connect the cable on the ias card and start the ias manager on my pc, i receive a error message "CANNOT CONNECT TO IAS".
Please help me to solve the problem.

if you receive error message "CANNOT CONNECT TO IAS" or v24 ias port is broken or your cable is not corret.

the cable for IASMANGER is:

F122 Conn 9 PIN
Grey 5
BL/BK 3
Grey/BK 2
BR/BK 7+8
YW/BK+WT/BK 1
GN/BK 6
PK/BK 4
