How to change the default sort on Public Folder Contacts

I have a user that changed the sorting from "Last Name" to "Customer" in our Public Folder Contacts. I do not know how to change the sort back to "Last Name" so that it affects the entire company. When the user changed it, the change affected the entire company, but when I try to change the view back it only affects my computer.

I really, really dislike the person that changed the sort, and do not want to ask her how she made the change company wide.
 
Is this person an owner of the folder in question? What are her permissions as opposed to yours?

permissions are not the issue as I am the only Systems Admin for the company, and she is "Editor" of the folder. I just need to know how to do what I'm asking.
