how to change the current business date backward in Micros 3700

hello everyone,

current business date is changed from 07-31-09 to 08-31-09.
in manager procedurees, it is not letting me change the date backward.no one can clock in or clock out.financial management does n't show any sales for 07-31-09.

please help. you guys helped me before many times. i thank you all again.

Make sure you print out reports for the 8/31 business date before 8/31 actually comes around. You'll have to back those totals out at the end of the day to get accurate numbers.
