How to change the Chairperson in re-occuring meetings

I have an employee who is leaving. She is the AA for the entire engineering dept. Therefore, all of their group meetings are scheduled with her as the chair. We would like to change this designation to her successor.

Is ther any way to do this without resorting to resceduling the multitude of meetings manually. I have checked all about the web and used the search function here as well, all fruitless.
