How to change the Activation Key ?

I get a new activation key in order to use VPN DES encryption.

Somebody knows how to enter it ?

I think you have to reload the Pix IOS in order to enter the activation key.

Reload the PIX, press ESC to go into the monitor mode.
The PIX will want to use Ethernet1 interface by default.
At the prompt, type the following:
monitor> addr w.x.y.z (IP address for the PIX interface)
monitor> serv w.x.y.z (IP address of a TFTP server containing the OS image file)
monitor> file pix531.bin (OS image file name)
monitor> tftp

The PIX will start copying the image to RAM, and then ask you if you want to apply it to the flash. Press "y" and Enter.
Then the PIX will ask you if you want to enter a new activation key, press "y" and Enter.

After that, it will ask you for 4 portions of the activation key, and you have to enter it 1 portion at the time.
