how to change test certificate in Apache

I have compiled mod_ssl aware apache. I used the
# make certificate TYPE=test command to create a temporary certificate.
Now I want to change this test certificate as domain name used is incorrect. How can I replace this test certificate with another test certificate.

I would really appreciate if someone can outline the procedure.

The software details are
OS: solaris 9 sparc
openssl-0.9.7e
mod_ssl-2.8.22-1.3.33
apache_1.3.33

Thank you so much. I went through the article, but it doesnt outline how I can replace the certificate. I tried to put a new certificate but the old certificate is still intact. I would like to know how the existing certificate can be overwritten or replaced by a new one.
