my ask is :
how to change tcpip in hpux?
my system have 2 WS with nfs mount , etc.

Can you help me?

The easiest way is to use SAM (the System AdMinistration program)

Login as root and type sam -- follow the menu options from there.

Be careful..... From your post I think that you are talking about more than one machine here. If you have remote boot workstations and change the IP address of the server they will not be able to boot.
Mike
michael.j.lacey@ntlworld.com
<a href= Cargill's Corporate Web Site
Please -- Don't send me email questions without posting them in Tek-Tips as well. Better yet -- Post the question in Tek-Tips and send me a note saying "Have a look at so-and-so in the thingy forum would you?"
