may i know how to change the system time of Solaris ?

As root use the date command (ie date mmddHHMMSSccyy - date 01231145002003) Refer to the man page.
 
...but don't foget if you any apps/DB's that use some form of time-stamping then you should drift the time change gradually to the time you want so that it doesn't screw up those apps, etc
