How to change System Contact listing?

I give up! I can't find a way in Jetadmin or Webjetadmin or telnet to change the listed person for System Contact (which on a used printer and jetadmin card is someone we don't know).
How do I access this?

In JetAdmin, look at the left lower box for printer alerts. There you can assign e-mail address for all reports.
You can select which printers, and what to report.
