Since upgrading to the IP Office from a Partner system our clients (all incoming calls) experience a long delay before they here ringing at their end. However, during this quite time on the callers side the IP Office system rings two or three times. What setting in the line PRI settings control this? We had XO out with an analyzer and everything looks fine. They also stated that they are not providing the ring, with E&M Wink Start the ring comes from our system.
