How to change RAID controller role from slave to master on a 76600

Hello,

I have a Netfinity 7600, that is hosting multiple 4M RAID controller cards, one is used for locally attached drives and the others are attached to storage shelves. My problem is that the master is assigned to a storage shelve so the system does not boot, I would like to change the role from a slave to a master on the controller that is attached to the local drives of the server. Can anybody help!

Which card is the 'boot' card is determined by the PCI Scan order. Switch the position of the card that is trying to boot and the one you want to boot and that should do it.
