One of my colleagues made a change on one of our Merlins that changed the "Group Coverers" on all phones to something other than voice mail (770). I'm trying to change this back (she can't remember what she did to make the change in the first place). How does one do this?

Phone printout excerpt:

A Extn SS/PP Type
A 7111 1/ 3 MLX-10D

A CTI Link : No Alarms: ACTIVE
A Pool Access : 70
A Page Group :
A Primary Coverage :
A Secondary Coverage :
A Coverage Group : 30
A Group Coverers :
A NS Groups :
A Group Calling Member:

If you are using Cover Group #30 as the voice mai coverage group, make sure that teh voice mail is handling the coverage for that group:
Sys Program > Start > Extensions > More > Grp Coverage.

It looks like 770 is no longer setup as the coverer for Group 30. So, go into systems programming, start, extensions, more, Grp Calling, Grp Coverage, enter 770 (VM Group), then Group 30. Then exit out.
