how to change "display first" on all sets at once 1

I've got a BCM400 running 4.0.2.03 and I'm using the Avaya Business Element manager. I need to change the setting "display first" under "sets" -> "capabilities and preferences". I thought I could just select all the sets and change that one setting, but that doesn't work. It seems like I have to change each set individually. Seems like there should be an easier way.

Thanks for the reply. The copy sets did it after I pasted "Telco data" I thought pasting "Capabilities" would do it since the setting was under Capabilities and Preferences tab.
