Hi,

Our Nortel Networks phone system expect someone to dial "9" before making an outgoing call. How can we change it to accept "0" as the prefix number?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

This is either programmed as "Destination Code" or as "Access Code"
Inside Unified Manager goto "Services" -> "Telephony Services" -> "Call Routing" -> "Destination Codes"
or if programmed as access-code goto
"Services" -> "Telephony Services" -> "General Settings" -> "Access Codes" -> "Line Pool Codes

You will have to also change the direct dial number from 0 so that there isn't a conflict.

I would suggest using a number other than 0, like 2 through 8.
