when try to change parameter INS in AMO TDCSU I do not find it by using ( ctrl+tab )method am\nd what is INS parameter used for ?
because E1s do not work when INS parameter = NO ( How change it to yes )?
thank you

INS is not part of the "change" branch, only "add".

Once the circuit has been added, that parameter is telling you (with dis-tdcsu) if the circuit is working or not (up or down).

If you want to bring the circuit in service or drop it, you need DSSU (act/dea/res) to change stae of the individual circuit, or BSSU to up/down the card.
