I have a customer who is having an issue with employees constantly going on DND. Is there anywhere in system programming that allows you to either change the feature code, or remove the feature entirely? Thanks.
You can do a Set Lock in Admin programming under Terms&Sets, use FULL Lock.
These will be locked if you choose Partial:
• programming autodial
buttons
• programming user speed dial
numbers
• programming feature buttons
• moving line buttons
• changing the display
language
• changing dialing modes
(Automatic Dial, Pre-Dial,
and Standard Dial)
• using Voice Call Deny
• saving a number with Saved
Number Redial
These will also be locked if you choose FULL:
• changing Background Music
• changing Privacy
• changing Do Not Disturb
• using Ring Again
• using Call Forward all calls
• using Send Message
• using Trunk Answer
• activating Services
