How to change or delete an outcall number?

An old worker states that she still gets a call from the system when there are messages. I want to deactivate this number. I'm going in through 300-> 0# -> 123456 -> 9 then into the extension. Option 5 is outcalling. All I can do is turn it on or off. How do I find, change or delete a number that is associated with outcalling?

This might help,

Log into Voice Messaging as the end user
Press 6 to select Outcalling
Press 4 to change your list
Choose the entry number 1-5
(If an number is programmed you hear the outcalling entry information, other wise you hear "entry not in use"
Press 1 to change and *3 to delete an Outcalling number.

*# to keep the Outcalling number and return to the Outcalling Menu.
