How to change # of rings before xfer to voicemail

How do I change the # of rings before a call is tranferred to voicemail. We have Merlin Magix 3.0.

SysProg > Start > Extensions> More> More> Cover Delay > Group Cover Enter extension to be changed, the number of rings. Default is 3 .

Can you do this using WinSPM software?

Well, yes and no.

The easiest way is to go into STANDARD SPM.

How do I go back to the gui mode after switching to STANDARD SPM, is there a button to click on or is there a key sequence?

If you allowed the system to do all of its handshakes before you went into STANDARD SPM, then all you have to do is reactivate "QUICK ACCESS".

Press "Home" on your PC's keyboard to drop out of Standard SPM and back to Quick Access.

Is the Extension I enter the extension of the user(s). If I wanted to change mine I would enter 222 (my extension)?

The station number you enter is the one you want to make the change to... If that number is 222, then you would enter 222.
