how to change NT password through IIS 5.0 ?

Does anyone know how to change Windows 2000 user account password through
IIS 5.0, but in IIS 4.0 there was a virtual directory IISADMPWD, through
which one can change NT user's passwords, but I cant find it in IIS 5.0 on
windows 2000 Server....
can anyone help me out, if there is any other way ???
