how to change nt password in IIS 5.0

how can i change windows 2000 password via web interface through IIS 5 ...there was as virtual directory iisadmpwd in IIS 4.0 through which one can change Windows NT passwords but I cant find this utility in IIS 5.0...
Can anyone help ? [sig][/sig]
