Okay I've been at my job for a year now, and the same boring message is on the night service. It sounds like a robot....grrr. So I would like to know how to change this and add a new one with my voice. We have the Lucent system running 10 lines and about 20 extentions in use. Help me figur this out. Oh and I have the Merlin Mail Voice Messaging System Release 3 book, but I can't find how to do it.

Thanks
