how to change nav bar button name??

I have a frontpage website, < using the wizard and the navigation bar has the prefab buttons &quot;home&quot; and &quot;up&quot;. I want these buttons to appear but would like to change &quot;up&quot; to &quot;back&quot; is there a way to do this??? i checked the help and couldnt find any help.
