How to change names for ext buttons?

I am trying to change the names on our extensions and am going through the F**266344....

But when I change one name I have to Rls to save it and then go through the entire process again for the next. Any ideas on how to do them all at once???

Of the four lit buttons on the phone the top left button is the back button. So when you change the name on an ext. just hit the top left button to go back to where it asks for ext. # and put in next ext.
