How to change name of icon flags in Outlook 2

In Outlook 2003 you can asign a color flag icon to each message to do an easy following of them.

There are 6 different flags with names like "red flag" or "blue flag" (or red mark and blue mark, sorry if the translation is not exact, my Outlook is not in English), etc.

Is there any way of changing the names of the flags? For example, change "red flag" by "pending urgent action", "blue flag" by "response required", or something similar.
