how to change name and special prefix cp100

unable to change name ad special prefix in cp100, i'm having a conflict with trying to add mailboxes.. any suggestions????

i've done it from the web browser, it's in there. only when I had extensions numbering 110 and so forth. I changed it to 55 and 56. Don't know what they are used for.
