How to change multiple rpt template's database information in one time

Hi,

I currently setup Crystal in the New server. I would like to use the Crystal Import Wizard to import all the 200+ existing reports from the Old Server.

However, my database name, login ID and password have been changed. Thus, I wonder how can I change the database setting (include db name, username & password) in all 200+ existing crystal reports from the old server in the better way? The opinion I have now is manually open the rpt, and then manually update to latest database info 1 by 1. Is there any better way to do it?

Hi,
There is a utility on the admin launchpad ( left-hand side, I believe) that lets you do that on a folder by folder basis..Use the Schedule Manager and look at the options to change the database login ...
