How to change Main Greeting message on NEX 8100 with UM4730 VM

I have a need to change the main greeting of our system. In UM4730 voicemail, it is identified as a transaction box ID 9600. At least I'm pretty certain that is where the main greeting is.

All the other tricks I know about changing voicemail don't seem to be working as when I dial into the voicemail system, it doesn't recognize 9600 as being valid.

Thoughts on how I can get this changed?

You need to log into the subscriber mailbox that is the owner of the t-box. Then, option to leave a message, enter first 3 letters / ext # of t-box (sys setting), to enter t-box. T-box must have name recorded.
