My company has redesigned its logo. Where do I go to insert the new logo so it is replicated throughout our livelink site?

Have you tried the Global Appearance thingy in Livelink if it is 9.5 ?Otherwise the splashscreen images are sourced from the livelinksupport virtual directory so permissions would not come into play.If the implementation is based on folder presentation it may be inside livelink iteslf.

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

I looked in the Opentext.ini file and there was a reference to a custom folder that held the logo. Once I located the custom folder on the Livelink server I was able to copy the new logo in, restarted the services and the new log is on the site.

If you were talking about the LL "chicklet" in the upper right corner, you could also have changed:

[Chicklet]
chickletGifName=chicklet.png

the reference BKQc refers to is in the OpenText.INI file in the <opentext install>\config\ directory.
