How to change IPC$ password

How do I change or get the defualt IPC$ password when logged in as admin?

I'm trying to share a dir and it keeps asking me for the IPC$ password which I have no idea what the pwd is or where to change it.

clarification:

Its a win2k share being accessed by a win98 machine.

You need an account set up on win2k machine with same username/password as you log onto 98 machine with.
