How to change IP sets registration/reboot time?

I am wondering if I could change the IP sets registration time. After rebooting the IP sets it takes 45 secs to re-register, I want it to be like 10 or 15 secs. Can this value be changed? And if it is where and what command can I change it?

Another thing if my IP sets can't find the Node IP for 3 second the phone reboots. Can I change the polling to a longer time so that 3 seconds will have no effect on the phone?

The PBX is a CS1000 and on Release 3.0

I appreciate your help.
