I have a job on a machine that is windows 2003 server std with a french user interface.

The task is to change it to english.

I am aware on regional settings in the control pannel, but what i want to change is the whole user experiance.

Have been unable to find anything, all i can think is to reload the machine.

any ideas?

Regards

The 'Regional and Language Options' only changes the input language (keyboard layout and such). Since Microsoft ships localized versions of Windows to different countries, you will need to reinstall Windows or install an English version of Windows to a different partition to achieve your goal. You can also purchase a Multi User Interface Package (MUI) that is available through Microsoft Open Licesnse Agreement. This will allow you to change the interface, but probably not worth it if you just need to change this one server. Have a look at these links.
