How to change -> Organization Name

By default Exchange 2000 setup install Exchange as "First Organization"...

I would like to change it, Something that are similar to my domain name!

I just configure OWA for my users and they are obligated to type "First Organization" instead of my real domain name on logon screen...

Does it exists a clean way to change that "First Organization" ?
