How to change date on Apache Web Server?

The date/time on my Apache webserver is out by 22 minutes and I can't figure out how to change it.

I'd like to know command would I need to type in at the command prompt (via telnet) to correct the time on the server?

If it's a *nix server, you should use

/bin/date --set=DATE
