How to change column ?

How to change column ? ( CR 6.0.1.135 )

I've created a subreport and I need to change the column when a certain number of record is reached.
I've checked the option Format with multiple column in the section expert.
For the moment I haven't found a solution to do this, because I don't know where to insert my condition.

May be someone do...

Have you tried inserting sections into your report?

i.e. you could have Detail Section a and Detail Section b,

Show the different columns you want displaying in each section, then supress the section you don't want displayed when the number of records is reached that means you want to display a different column. Cheers

Or thinking about it...........!!!

You could create a formula based on an if statement to determine which column is shown.

The statement would read:

if recordnumber is < 1000 then field.namea else field.nameb.
