how to change color palette to show pantone

using corel 12 and cant figure out how to display pantone-c colors on the default color bar on the right side....

Click Windows on the menu bar and then select Color Palettes, a list should drop down for you to select from.
If the color palette doesn't automaticly dock on the right hand side just drag it over, it should snap in.
