HOW TO CHANGE COLOR OF SCROLLBARS ON DBGRID COMPONENT?

After I have changed property FixedColor of component DBGrid, color of scrollbars haven't changed. It is still gray (clBtnFace). That color doesn't "fit" in the group of colors that I have used for interface of my application. Is there any way to change color of scrollbars? Or if isn't, can anybody give me some address where I can get modified component DBGrid, that has that property?
