how to change color of link on mouseover

HI All,

I thought by using A:hover, i would be able to change the color cuz it worked in Dreamweaver, but when I broke up my page into frames, the CSS seems to have stopped working. Well, actually the fonts work but not the color....

is there another way or am i doing something wrong?

You're doing something wrong. Without more information it's impossible to know what that thing is. Can you give us a URL?

Many would say that using frames is itself "something wrong", see

Just put your styles into its own file like mystyles.css and then link in both of your frame pages to the style sheet

ChrisHirst, r u sad that i answered first... with correct info -- just b/c i didnt fill in the tag with all the info b/c i didnt look it up like you did - completly off the top of my head.

Standards are about posting correct information.
There is really no point in answering a simple question incorrectly, and if I had to look up a style sheet link tag I would pack this game in tomorrow!
