How to change a greeting 1

Hi,

This is probably an obvious one, but I've failed to find the answer with google.

Can I or a user change their default greeting on Callpilot? They want it to say' so n so dept' rather than 'ext xxxx is unavailable'.

Have user log into mailbox to record greetings and personal verification.
82-1 is for external greeting
82-2 is for internal greeting
82-9 is for personal verification

Thanks Jax, so the user just dials 821 etc once logged into Callpilot?

I've just tried it, add a 5 to record a new greeting & it works.
