Need some guidence I'm new to the CS100 Option 11 world.

How to Change a call forwarding number on a existing Phantom TN???

Can this be done in LD 20 with a easy change??

Yes, ld 20. Easy change will work. Under FTR, make the change at the DCFW prompt.
