how to change 3com pcmia 575 tx setting

hello,
sorry if this is seems to be out of place.

i have a 3com cardbus (pcmia) 575-tx ethernet card, i need to change it to half duplex mode. everytime i tried to run the 3com diagnostic, an error message pop up and says 'your driver could not be disabled' and the program wont run.

anyone have a solution ?
