How to chance passwords from the recovery-console ?

No that is not what i search for.

Is there someone others who know how to re-configure the passwort of a user or the administrator from the win2k recovery-console ?

dogo1984 - you can't. Those links Aslamvs gave you include ways to reset passwords (not using recovery console). One of them includes a link to here

- where you can download a linux boot disk which will enable you to reset any of the user or administrator passwords to a value you want.
