How to CC all replied e-mail to a Public Folder?

The mailbox "CSR" is added to all Reps. The manager wants all replied e-mail from that mailbox be automatically copied to a Public Folder which only him and the supervisor would have access to.
Any idea how to cc to the public folder?
PS: The mailbox currently works and I already set the Public Folder with appropriate permissions.
