How to catch Message from the other windows object ?

Hi..friends..
Could you give me some example program for catch Message from the other windows object ( like SPYXX do ).
I try to use WinProc() but I just can catch message from my Windows program only. I can't catch message from the outside of my program. Say I have "Notepad.exe" running and I want to catch message while left button of my mouse click on the Notepad windows.
